What is it?
📌 PIT-11 is an official document that you receive from your employer at the beginning of each year (usually by the end of February). It contains all the information about your income, paid taxes, and social security contributions (ZUS) for the previous year.

✅ All employees working under an employment contract (umowa o pracę) or a civil law contract (umowa zlecenie, umowa o dzieło)
✅ Individuals who received income exclusively from Polish employers
✅ Workers whose taxes were automatically deducted by their employer
